• If either of us contribute as an actual member of your band, or if we form a band or supergroup together, our contributions are FREE and considered a normal conponent of being in the band, otherwise see below.
• All individual tracks are $80/each and require a 50% deposit (remainder paid upon completion).
• If we are performing YOUR vocal or guitar/bass part for you, we request recording credits.
• If we are WRITING the vocal or guitar/bass part for you while we record it, we request recording credits, but do also require the songwriting credit be registered with your distributor and PROs (e.g. ASCAP/BMI) as we do not currently provide ghostwriting services.
• Progress files are provided in MP3 format and final wet/dry stems are provided in 96 kHz - 24 bit WAV files for your audio engineer to work as needed.

• ⚡ David Arkenstone (5x Grammy Nominated Artist): From February 2022 - October 2024, Stephen provided part-time support of social media content management, promotions, digital marketing ad campaigns with split-testing, automations, optimizations, and ecommerce, including funnels and merchandise fulfillment.
• ⚡ Rabbit Junk: In June 2023, Stephen created a Spotify Canvas for the single "UNKNOWN O S T."
• ⚡ Green Jellö (Grammy Nominated Artist): From November 2019-present, Stephen has worked with Bill Manspeaker to write the song "HEY HEY HEY" for the album Garbage Band Kids on Cleopatra Records, has been an active member of the band performing at PA regional shows, and has created marketing materials and promoted upcoming tours.
• ⚡ Unhappily Ever Now: Stephen founded the band and, since January 2020, has overseen all end-to-end operations for the band, including songwriting, all social media, website, sales, and marketing content everywhere.
• ⚡ Modern Musician: From 2021-2024, Stephen completed both Gold Artist Academy and Gold Artist Mastery programs, which helped introduce him to a multitude of marketing practices, platforms, and resources specific to musicians trying to grow their fanbase.
• Stephen has been a musician from an early age having been exposed to the basics by playing the recorder in grade school, learning trombone in high school and performing in concert, marching, and jazz bands, and briefly attending Berklee College of music in 2002 as a bass playing songwriting major. During all of this, he was exposed to numerous genres and styles and dabbled with keyboards and percussion instruments while becoming self-taught on acoustic and electric guitar.
• From a marketing perspective, Stephen has worked within many industries starting back to his time in college when he was on the staff of his campus literary magazine and newspaper, to working as a webmaster for a published author, to creating newsletters and brochure marketing materials for non-profit organizations, to rebranding materials while working at a major pharmaceuticals company, to his current work in the music industry mentioned here.

She also has over six years experience working at marketing agencies as a Marketing Strategist providing clients valuable insights and strategies to help B2C and B2B companies achieve their goals through digital marketing.
• Overall, she has a wealth of expertise in digital marketing, with over a decade of experience. She specializes in assisting artists, entrepreneurs, and small businesses in establishing their brand and connecting with their target audience. 
• Maria has worked across various industries, such as music, movies, e-commerce, health and wellness, real estate, and software. Additionally, she has successfully promoted bands and organized shows in the rock/goth/metal/alternative scenes of NYC, Long Island, and North New Jersey. She has also been lead singer and songwriter for multiple bands in the rock/metal/goth/electronic genres. 
• She was trained on classical voice with Denise Roseti and Melissa Knierim Lengua and on pop/rock vocals with Rodrigo Bey-Garcia. She studied music theory and arrangement with David Lantz III. She is currently co-vocalist/lyricist with Unhappily Ever Now. 
• Maria is well-versed in utilizing platforms like Facebook, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Constant Contact, Zapier, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pardot (Account Engagement) to achieve optimal results for her clients.
